Roger is a publishing and media consultant with more than 25 years experience in ad sales and training, marketing, circulation, and media management.

He has held management positions with Time Out New York, Gannett Newspapers, El Diario La Prensa, American Media, and The New York Daily News among other multicultural and mainstream media companies.

He launched Alliance Media & Communications in 2001 and has represented, consulted or worked with Diario De Mexico, El Vocero De Puerto Rico, Impremedia (el Diario La Prensa), The New York Daily News (VIVA New York, Hora Hispana, Scripps Media (Food Network) & Custom Publishing, AARP Media Sales (AARP Segunda Juventud) and Megazines Publications (Kena Magazine and Sobre Ruedas, custom publishing).

He regularly speaks at major Hispanic and multicultural marketing and industry conferences in addition to teaching marketing courses for the Economics and Business Dept. at Brooklyn College (CUNY). He has taught Consumer Behavior, Multicultural Marketing, and Fashion Marketing. He has also taught at Long Island University - Brooklyn Campus.

Roger is a writer and can be found regularly blogging for "El Blog" in HispanicAd.com.  He is currently working on a multicultural marketing book with a fellow Brooklyn College Professor, Veronica Manlow.
